Automatically delete a site from the directory:
1. Site violates our rules(Rules above)
2. Change of the name, description, subject of the site.
3. Site not available for 14 days(does not respond with code HTTP Status Code 200)
4. Advertising on the site takes more than 50% of the space on the page
5. Other cases of illegal use of the site
